Visual Inspection
Inspect tank for bulges, dents, cuts, gouges or rust and possible damage caused by corrosion.
Change Pressure Relief Valve
As required by Transport Canada, all pressure relief valves will be changed.
Inspection of Bleed Off Valve
Inspect and insure proper function of bleed off valve and replace if required.
Inspection of Service Valve and Bonnet
Inspect service valve and bonnet and replace any malfunctioning parts or o-rings, if required.
Tank Registration
Tank will be registered with Transport Canada as a Requalified Tank. The tank will be stamped with a new Date of Service
Final Steps
Tanks will be purged and leak tested. We also load each tank with anhydrous methanol to prevent moisture from entering and damaging the tank interior (20ml/20pounds).
